At LaBellePerfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and include your printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
